How does it work?
Mind Athletix delivers a unique space for individual athletes and teams. We start by understanding your cognitive baseline, completing a short onboarding sequence that evaluates key mental performance areas, a mental health check-in and a personalised performance profile. Next, our software will help to determine the most relevant workouts for you. Each game played keeps track of progress to allow you to track performance over time and builds progressively.
As the athletes start working hard to improve their game, we have a designated space for athletes to reflect, track their growth and understand their blind spots. This gives the athlete and your team full visibility into your Key Performance Indicators - Performance Trends, Cognitive Fatigue alerts and Athlete to Coach Mental Health Reports, to name a few.
We know that communication is key in any sport, so we made it our priority to cut out the guesswork between Athletes and Coaches. Mind Athletix allows you to bridge that gap with built-in logic to flag at risk athletes, shared insights, and performance summaries.
We understand how important it is to master your mental skills in game scenarios. We grow with you. As you train, Mind Athletix evolves, unlocking new challenges, refining your profile and helping you reach peak performance and battle it out against your teammates for some healthy competition.

Pat Gryczewski - Austin FC
"I really like the games, its a good way to lock in and work on the cognitive and mental side without exhausting it.
There's definitely importannce to the mental side and to me thats like 75-80% of the game, the longer I can be locked in the better.
I've not had an app give me this support, previously when I was injured I had to find my own support, so it's definitely needed."

Daniel Babb -
Ipswich Town FC
“Biggest thing for me is confidence when I step out on the pitch every week. I need to see clear direction and reflect on the steps along the way to track progression. There have been techniques handed to me in the past, but I didn’t understand why I was doing something.
Therefore I never felt they had an affect on me, building that attention around the positive effects from the mental side of the game creates value. If players see the value only then can they really use it, education is key. ”
Cristiano Ronaldo
"Learn to train your mind as well as your body. Mental strength is just as important as physical strength”

Lebron James
“I think the game. I don’t just play it.”

Rafael Nadal
“You can train your body, but without the right mind you cannot compete.”
